Is there an age limit?
For health and safety purposes, we have a minumum age of 5 years for all packages.
Our individual tents are suitable for children up to the age of 11 as the mattresses are 140cm in length.

How big are the tents?
The mattresses are 70cm x 140cm
You will need to allow 80cm x 140cm for the mattress & tent, and with a tray at the end of the bed the total length is 176cm.

How big are the teepees?
The total size of the assembled teepees are 210cm x 130cm

Do you set up the sleepover equipment?
All our package are self service set-up, to give you the convenience of doing in your own time. We provide full, easy to follow instructions with diagrams to make it super simple for you.
At time of booking can confirm your preferred delivery and pick up times.

When is payment required?
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date, and the remainder of the balance is due 5 days before the party date or cash on delivery.

You can pay via bank transfer or cash

What is the hire period?
We will discuss your individual requirements with you when you make your booking, however we generally deliver any time after 5.30pm on a Friday and after 12pm on Saturdays. Collect is by 11am the following day.
The teepee's are hired for the weekend, delivered on a Friday after 5.30pm and collected before 11am on Sunday morning.

How is the equipment cleaned?
All soft furnishings are washed with non-biological washing liquid and antibacterial cleaner.
All hard surfaces are cleaned with antibacterial disinfectant.

Can we use the tents outside?
The tents are for internal use only and must not be taken outside.

What areas do you cover?
We cover a 10 mile radius from Reading, Berkshire and include Aldermaston, Arborfield, Bracknell, Bucklebury, Burghfield, Calcot, Caversham, Charvil, Maidenhead, Crowthorne, Earley, Henley-On-Thames, Lower Basildon, Lower Earley, Mapledurham, Mortimer, Newbury, Pangbourne, Purley, Shinfield, Sonning, Spencers Wood, Tadley, Thatcham, Theale, Tilehurst, Twyford, Upper Basildon, Wallingford, Wargrave, Winnersh, Whitley, Wokingham, Woodley, Yateley.
We are able to deliver further afield for a small charge of £1 per mile for any additional miles.
If you are too far away for us to deliver, we do offer the option to collect the equipment. We do ask for a £50 refundable deposit on the day of hire which is returned when the equipment is brought back.
